Peter G. Davies, Principal, is responsible for initiating investment opportunities, structuring acquisitions, coordinating due diligence, negotiating transaction terms, working with Portfolio Company management teams, and managing the disposition of Stonehenge investments.

Prior to joining Stonehenge Partners, Mr. Davies was a Vice President in the Merchant Banking Group at Banc One Capital Markets, where he was active in mezzanine and private equity investing. Prior to this experience, Mr. Davies was a Vice President in the Capital Markets Group at Banc One Capital Markets where he specialized in the execution and placement of private debt transactions. Before joining Banc One Capital Markets, he was employed as a CPA with KPMG Peat Marwick in Cincinnati, Ohio.

Mr. Davies serves on the Board of Directors for Cold Jet, Diamond Cellar, Milk Specialties Company and West Point Products. He is on the Board of the American Heart Association. Mr. Davies holds a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation, is a non-practicing CPA and received his B.S. in Accounting and Finance from Miami University.
